If you do not have an account with Goodwe, register at the following link: https://www.semsportal.com/home/login.
You must send the completed API_Access_Request document to soporte.es@goodwetechnology.zendesk.com.
Important: A valid PASSPORT is required for digital signing of the NDA documents; an ID card (DNI) will not be accepted.
Goodwe HQ will send you a link to fill out the NDA.
Once the document is completed, Goodwe will send you a link to proceed with the digital signing process, where you will be asked for your passport. An ID card (DNI) will not be accepted.
After completing the signing process, you will receive API access along with the corresponding protocol within one week.
With the API access, you can proceed to Sentinel to perform the synchronization.
Once inside Sentinel Solar, go to Configuration > Integrations > Add new+ > and select the Goodwe logo and enter the copied token.
Once the Goodwe API credentials are entered in Sentinel Solar, keep in mind that Sentinel performs general data synchronization at night, so you will need to wait until the following morning to view the PV plants in Sentinel Solar.
